This little hot tub is awesome. Perfect for the Mrs. and me . It says four persons, but that would be a little crowded IMO. The bottom is cushioned and the sides are strong enough to sit on if you wanted to soak just below your knees. With our life style of moving frequently this is great to own. What temp gets hot! We have our set at 103°which is hot at first, but the water cools once you active the bubbles. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a hot tub but doesn't want to spend thousands of dollars.

I think this is a great product with fabulous jets. Easy to setup and my son loves to swim around in it. However I have to put air in it twice per day. There’s no leak so it must be a manufacturer flaw. I don’t want to return it because my son loves it so much. Other than that it’s really nice and fun and relaxing.

Very easy to set up and will take at least 24hrs to get to 104 from cold water but once heated it is a great product. I have shoulder and back problems and this really helps comfort the pain. Would recommend!

I love this spa, easy to set up, fill and jump right in. I started with hot water from the facet, so it heated up in a jiffy and has stayed hot. The bubbler is quite powerful, the water temperature cools down quickly with the bubbler on, 103 down to 98 in about 15-20 minutes, but I am totally fine with that. I am located in McHenry Illinois, it gets cold here. I have my spa set up on my 8X8 wooden deck, under a Grill Gazebo, I put foam board insulation under the tub to insulate it from the bottom, It is partially protected as it sits next to the house, I have OSB board on the fully exposed sides lined with insulation foam board along with bags of R-30 insulation to hopefully maintain the water temperature when it gets cold here. It has dropped down to the 30 overnight here and we have not had any issue keeping the spa hot. We will see how it does deeper into the winter. A Great spa for the money, $400.00 well spent, even if it only lasts 1 season. We spent more that that to rent a cabin in the smokies for a week to sit in a hot tub.Read full review

Ok, so I had some difficulty with a couple of the questions, like is this a good value. Well, yeah, but only because they're a heckuva lot cheaper than a "real" hot tub. For $400, it lasts a couple years, then it's time to replace it. Then again, it was only $400, and I now have the old one for parts if something happens with this one. So why did I buy it again instead of a "real" spa? Well, for starters, $400, give or take, per tub. Second, VERY easy to maintain, a lot easier than a normal spa, at least in my experience. And thirdly, IF I move, this is quite easy to take with me. Love love love using this tub every day!
