Great earbuds
These look brand new, couldn’t find any scratches or could tell that these are refurbished ones. Sound is very good, although I did order some foam tips to try and get a better seal. The existing ear tips came out of my ear on occasion. No issues connecting to my phone or with the Bluetooth. Great sound, unreliable features
First of all, I bought this because of the great reviews online. The sound is indeed great especially for music. As for the advertised features? It’s a hit or miss. I get frustrated by connectivity issues. It takes a lot longer to establish connection with my iPhone XS Max. Compared to my jabra elite 65t, this takes too long to establish connection via Bluetooth (I’d say the sonys take 10 seconds on average while the jabras are instantaneous). Using each earbud individually can be frustrating at times. I get instances where removing one earbud would shut down the other and I have to put it back in the case to activate one ear bud again. I have done a factory reset and this issues would still pop up. The only reason I’m keeping this is because of the sound profile and ability to use each ear bud independently. I use my jabras still for commuting and phone calls. These Sony’s are just for Music and moviesVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome value for audiophiles.
I love these earphones, especially at this price. I purchased my first pair, on sale, for $170.00 and they became my favorite pair of in-air phones in terms of sound quality (very smooth from low to high) comfort (I use the memory phone ear inserts) and noise cancellation. I have always had good luck with refurbished product, so I jumped at a chance to get a second pair for $99.00 and I am not disappointed, not at all. Other than color, these are indistinguishable from my original brand new pair. They don't replace over-the-ear but are OK when can't use over-the-ear
I usually use Sony over-the-ear headphones and can't expect in-ear to match that, but got these to wear when I can't wear the over-the-ear, like when working outside with a cowboy hat on.
