I’ve had these speakers about three weeks now as part of a 7.1 setup. Installed in a large two story room, they are paired with a Polk S35 center speaker, four TL3 satellite speakers and a Bic Acoustech PL-200 II (12 inch) subwoofer. For music, the combination of the S15s and PL-200 is sonically excellent. I have listened to jazz, rock, reggae, dance, classical and R&B in order to get a complete reference on the speakers. The treble and mid range is clean and clear, while not introducing listening fatigue during lengthy sessions. The S15 bass is punchy while the PL-200 provides bone-rattling low end down to 22Hz. The combination is extremely impressive. At relatively high sound levels, the setup provides a concert or nightclub type experience, and has made listening to my music collection a renewed joy. Also, high resolution YouTube videos of live performances are a pleasure to watch, giving the illusion that you’re present at the live performance.
For movies, the speakers, in conjunction with the rest of the setup, provide a real theater type atmosphere. The imaging and clarity are great. In all, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the S15s in this setup. For the quality that you get, they are extremely cost effective. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if paired with a good subwoofer.

Disclaimer: I am not a review writer. In fact, this may be my first ever review on-line. I realize I am one of the first listeners of these speakers so I wanted to try and help people out. If you want any info not listed below ask in the questions sections and I'll try and get back to you asap. ------------------------- I love my new Polk Signature S15's!! I specifically wanted Polk's to compliment two surround RC85i (in wall) speakers and a Polk TL1 center I had already installed. I had originally purchased the RTI A3's after reading information on them for hours, but I didn't pay attention to their size... I figured as they were bookshelf speakers, that they'd fit on my (quite large and rather empty) bookshelves, but they were ridiculously huge so they had to be sent back. I'm pleased to say that these S15's fit nicely on my bookshelves and they look great. More importantly, they sound great. They're used mostly for music (Sonos and Vinyl) and I'm very happy with their performance. They're punchy and have a good bass response (I don't have a sub). I feel they are very clear sounding and fill my pretty large room well (30' x 15') either by themselves in stereo mode, or as part of a surround system. I'm no audiophile but I'm taken aback by having a nice audio system again (been about 10 years since I had a good setup). For the money, I believe I have found a speaker which is the right fit for me.
