Better than expected
The quality of these headphones are outstanding. The sound is phenomenal and the features are very easy to use. My only issue is that the earpieces are a little smaller then I would like or that I am used too and I find myself frequently adjusting them. If they were just about 1/4” larger in circumference I would rate these at a 5. Also, I was a little hesitant because these are refurbished but they absolutely look brand new. I would recommend these even though the size is an issue because that could be just my “thing” and even at that the sound quality definitely makes up for it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

I was expecting more from the Bose sound.
I wore them for the first time and upon putting them over my head, they seemed a little tight, but in some regards, that is a good thing. I don't especially like on ear phones, and so with these being the first ones I bought from Bose, I'd give them a try. I paired them up to my tablet and started listening to some Pandora selected music. I turned up the volume with the up down buttons on the right ear piece. Little hard to do that while listening to music, but hopefully I will get used to it. I was working out in a gym so there was other sounds going on around me, and I had to hit the plus button to enjoy the music to where I wanted it to drown out the outside noises. Sound quality was good, but not going to say outstanding for the music I was listening to. 70's R & R. I left them on the full hour, and I did seem to forget that I had them on, except for the times I was doing sit ups and chest pulls. I guess they're not really designed for that. They do come with a cord, and a nice carry bag. I don't know if I would rate them any better than my AKG's, as far as sound qualityVerified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Impressive Wireless Headphone
Purchased this as a renewed unit, but everything seems to be in excellent and clean condition. The sound is good for the price paid, and the wireless connection is very fast and predictable. Great headphones but a bit too expensive if buying retail
This was wery good purchaice! Sound quality is Bose great. Very comfortable on the ears even thou my ears have a small protuberances on the middle part just below the ear canal I can keep these on for three/four hours without any pain. Pads are extremely soft. Headphones pack compact and are easy to travel with. The Brand that stands by it name!
When you hear the words, Mercedes, Porsche, Armani these brands come with a good expectation of style and quality and several over adjectives. To many respect thus as Bose —Amar Bose to be exact ( yes I googled) was created bin 1964 by this nerd who was obsessed with speakers today 56 years later it’s still a player I’m the speaker/ audio industry. It stands by its quality of its brand and even lower end products are recipients of the integrity of performance as its higher priced product lines and older models. In fact Bose is known for cutting edge and unique design. So you can’t go wrong, Bose are a staid symbol which actually more often then note has a generational slant. As millennials who took a bite out of the Apple sleek packaged and over advertising coupled with endorsements of Dr. Dre ( not a real doctor of course) the rapper vs tried a true and made by a engineer geek and billionaire from MIT I get it to each his own. All in all, a good purchase.
I've only had the headphones for two weeks but so far I'm very pleased, with one small complaint. I'll get the complaint out of the wy first. The head band is slightly too small for me and I do not have a particularly large head. Not so small that it's unusable but I wish the head band could be stretched another 1/2 inch per side. That would make it much more comfortable. If I did not know that the headphones had been reconditioned I would not have known from the appearance of the headphones, including the packaging. I am not an audiophile but to me the sound is good, as I would expect from Bose. I have listened to both music and podcasts and the sound is clear and of a high quality. The blue tooth connects immediately with my computer. The battery appears to have a long life. All in all, I am pleased with the purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

after years of searching, I'll confidently stick with these
GREAT headphones. Great weight and feel, great sound quality and fit, great design and execution all around. Listening to Pucini's Turandot: Act 3 to test these was like hearing it for the first time. This certainly rivals the Beats version of the product, the one which costs more MSRP, but this on sale is a steal. A STEAL! No Regrets!
I really like my Bose headphones. They are refurbished so I didn't pay full price. The sound is very balanced. I would have liked the bass to be more prominent. This is just a personal preference.
