I bought this for my father who is 44 years old, he is a GNA and works incredibly long hours six days a week most times. He is always on his feet and it is taking a toll on his body. So I bought this in the hopes that it would ease him. He absolutely loves this! He informed me that he uses it every night. What he does is layer it on his bed and he turns it on the lighter settings (he doesn't want it to run out or wear out too fast). He told me that it is super comfortable.
As for pain relief, he says he doesn't notice a difference. But he is in relatively good health and I don't believe he has physical pain. I tried the vibrations myself and they are quite comfortable. They are not too intense but I suppose the massage strength is marketed on the lighter side. It is relatively easy to use as well. You get a remote and all you do is plug this bad boy in and have yourself a comfy night.
