Why it doesn't work when I connect the Lepow monitor with my devices by USB Type-C cable?
1. Not all Type-C ports can support signals. Please check the Type-C port of your devices is full-function.
2. Please check the Type-C cable you used is a USB 3.1 Gen2 cable (the original one) or not. Your own cable may be only a charging cable.
What should I do if my Lepow monitor keeps flashing/restarting?
Flashing or continuously restarting is usually caused by not enough power supply. Please plug in the wall charger to the Type-C port of the monitor for enough power supply (5V/2A or above).
Does my iPhone/iPad work with the Lepow monitor by the Apple charging cable?
No, it doesn't work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone/iPad, you need a lightning to HDMI adapter.
I have charged my Lepow monitor for several hours. Why does it fail to turn on?
The Lepow monitor does not have a built-in battery. Before connecting the monitor, please make sure it has enough power (5V/2A or above) coming in firstly.
Can lost or damaged accessories be replaced?
Yes, please get in touch with our AS team for a new one.

When you first open the product, you’ll notice it takes some cues from apple and it’s a white box that feels pretty luxurious. It comes with a magnetic case, the magnetic case isn’t the best of cases but it does the trick. There’s something about magnets that gives you a feeling like it can come right off if you aren’t careful and also wasn’t intuitive to stand up in the various angles but once you figure out how to stand it up it works perfectly. It’s a free case so I can’t really complain there, it also comes with a screen protector which I am terrible at putting on so I gave up on it and didn’t use it. But again, the fact that they gave you all these accessories included is nice in itself. One thing I really liked about this product is that it includes all the wires you need to plug in most of your devices without paying extra for them or buying them separately. It comes with a HDMI mini to HDMI Plug which makes it ready to plug and play with most of your devices, a USB C Cord, and for power a USB-C to USB A cord with power adapter.
The screen is large and beautiful, it is slim for you to take around anywhere. It does everything you want it to for a very affordable price compared to other brands. It’s hard to justify paying a lot for a portable monitor since it can get pricey, this one was the most affordable one that does everything I wanted, and the drawbacks were negligible. The speakers are my biggest issue with it, it seems there’s no difference between 50% volume and 100% volume (it sounds the same, low and not robust at all). However, most monitors and even today’s televisions don’t have great speakers – it’s how retailers make products more affordable. Luckily it does have an aux port that allows me to easily connect it to a portable speaker or my home speakers.
My main goal in getting this was to hook it up to my laptop. My macbook pro 13 inch worked like a charm through USB C, I didn’t need any additional plugs to power on the monitor. One USB C plug from the macbook to the monitor was sufficient to run the mac and power on the display which is great! It created my dual monitor setup I wanted with a minimal amount of wires making it versatile and less embarrassing if I’m in public such as in a coffee shop. In the manual it says that generally speaking you don’t need to plug the monitor into a power source unless your device doesn’t supply it with any power. It requires very little power in wattages to display properly, for your electronics that aren’t strong enough to power the monitor on its own you can power it on by plugging it into an outlet with the wires they give you or you can use a standard external power bank . I tried some low wattage output power banks that I use to charge my iphone on the go and it worked flawlessly. This will be useful when on road trips and you want to watch a movie together or play some games on a bigger screen.
When it comes down to it, it feels like what you would love for your ipad to be, a beautiful display that you can plug anything you want into it. I had my old super Nintendo classic lying around I don’t use much and I instantly connected it and started to play Super Mario and Street Fighter II Turbo for the next couple of hours. It brought new life to my older game systems I don’t have connected. I’m going to bring it with me whenever me and my friends want to play co-opt Contra III or Street Fighter and we meet up for some beers at an outdoor brewery or camping. My Nintendo switch worked through USB C but required some power for the monitor, if you have a strong enough power supply, I think it supports passthrough charging to charge your Nintendo switch as well simultaneously. I’m not sure if that’s a feature but I saw it charging my switch and even my laptop when connected to my stronger power banks. I also plugged it into my iPad Pro and it worked as well.
Overall, I don’t have a lot of complaints about the Lepow monitor, it was amazing as soon as I turned it on and it brought extra life to my electronics. I can’t wait to take it on a roadtrip, it does all the big things I want it to do very well with little drawbacks and at an affordable price. After I showed my buddies some of the pictures of it in use and now they want one.

The screen is sharp and clear. 1080p on a 15" screen is the same pixel density as my laptop. Works fine in either portrait or landscape, no autodetecting so you have to change it in the OS if you want to rotate it. Had a detection issue initially (defaulted to 640x480), but it has been at 1080p since. Good viewing angles, colors stay consistent even viewed quite off center, it claims to be IPS and looks the part.
14.5" wide by 9" tall and 1/2" thick with the case on. Weight is about 2.5lbs also with the case - which you need, as it is the stand as well, but the case is just under 1lb of that. Compares very well to trying to carry a full size monitor. The case is a protective full wraparound, magnetically held in place front and back when on, it is pretty secure from falling off completely, but does not provide any bottom cushioning when vertical in portrait orientation in a bag, so keep that in mind. My laptop bag has some cushioning under the inner, should be fine there.
As a stand, the case does a good job as long as you set it up on a flat surface and have the case on the right way - one side is the inside and is softer, greyish, and grippier, and the other is more black and slick, and if you put it on backwards it looks like it is attached but doesn't work well at all. Confused me for a bit the first time I took the case off and put it back on wrong. Otherwise it is a fairly standard magnetic tablet case / stand. It is ONLY attached by magnets though, so pretty easy to disconnect unintentionally if you are twisting it at all while moving it in the stand position.
Connectivity is primarily USB-C. It has two ports, one is power only, the other is signal or both signal and power. My Latitude E5570 can provide power over the Thunderbolt / USB-C connector using the same cable as the video signal. So just the USB-C to C connector in the bag and quick to connect / disconnect is perfect.
The micro HDMI cable and separate power supply and USB A-C cable for power will be useful a few times a year when traveling for fun and I want to bring this with the xbox - but that won't be a primary use, and holding a controller while staying at the right distance for this to be functional would not be perfect.
It has a speaker. Volume and quality compare poorly to my laptop speakers, this is more of a checkbox feature. I have no plans to use them.
It also comes with a plastic screen protector ready to install. At this size it is nearly impossible to get one of those on without bubbles, and I tried but was unsuccessful in avoiding those. But I don't see any real need for it anyway - the case protects it for travel, and this isn't a touchscreen to carry around, no matter how tablet like it looks.
Overall, it is meeting my need for a travel monitor quite well. We'll see how TSA treats it the next time I hit the air, and how it holds up over time, but this is very good and quite affordable for what I needed today. Only issue is I keep trying to treat it like a touch screen, which it is not, but I'll get used to that in time.

The HDMI Cable is fault and i've spent money buying multiple HDMI/USB-C cables to see if it would work. That did not happen.
The customer service is terrible- i have been going back and forth, spending hours on the phone line to receive some sort of technical help or replacement, or anything to make this better as it was an expensive purchase. Wish I had returned it within the first two weeks.
the problems start to occur only a week or two after the purchase and it only gets worse from there. if your setup is not perfect, move it slightly then you will lose connectivity.
This product has been more of a burden then help and don't have the funds currently to purchase something different and would not sell this to someone else to deal with this problem
I use this as my Note 10 Dex monitor. Works perfectly.
