    Great hose. I've been struggling with my Gator "kink-free" for a decade now. I simply could not reel or unreel that hose without 3 or 4 kinks that had to be systematically worked out. This new hose is a marvel. It shrinks back up to about 18' of hose (100' fully extended) and tucks nicely into a decorative little barrel when not in use. when in use it expands nicely to full length without kinking up. The multi-spray nozzle is a plus as well and makes watering the garden and trees a pleasure again. 5 stars

    Very light weight and easy to use. Brass fitting are very nice. However, the plastic nozzle lasted only a couple weeks before it started leaking and spraying out of all the wrong places. But I had another nozzle I wanted to use anyway, so no big deal. Then the hose only made it 6 months before it started leaking. I babied it, emptying and putting up after each use but and it still sprung a small leak. Then that leak grew so large over a few more uses to the point where the hose is unusable. I did not purchase the replacement plan. So if you buy this you may want to get the replacement plan too. unlike standard hose, this isn't so easy to splice out a bad spot. I am trying another brand of flexible hose now with lifetime warranty. This hose is rated for 2000 uses. Did not make it as far as 100 uses. So I would not buy this particular one again.

    I bought 2 of these because they are ideal for a garden. I love how they are light weight & are easy to hang back up. HOWEVER, for the price I paid they should last longer than 2 years especially when they are only used 5 months out of a year. The other 7 months they are stored in our garage. One of mine the connector to the spigot just snapped off. The other one I turn on to water & the hose just blew up left a hole in the hose. It’s not like you can fix these like a regular hose. Once these break they are done. I’m frustrated because I took good care of these hoses. FRUSTRATING! They deserve only 1 star but because they are good when they actually work I have them a 3 star.
