I have small hands, I wear a size small in women's gloves. These are at least one size, if not 2, too big. They are NOT sized for women, so ladies order a smaller pair! Outside of that they are plenty warm and comfy!

I do have heated gloves too but haven’t had to use them. They are so warm I can’t believe it! They are a little big since they’re men’s & women. That isn’t a problem & I’m small. I was looking for a basic black glove for running around town and walking the dog. It works well for both.

- This is not a work glove. I don't think it would stand up. Buy some Carharts.
- I would not use it for outdoor sports as they are not waterproof. If that's your purpose you should get something sport specific.

After years of Nordic skiing with frozen fingers, they are very sensitive to cold. These gloves are good for me into the teens before I put in a liner. If the temps are single digits or below zero I will wear mitts or lobster claws

Walking the dog they are warm and comfortable! They are a good value for the price.

These were recommended to me by someone who had been living in Alaska for a few years, when I asked for a recommendation for a glove that was warm yet provided manual dexterity that was better than insulated cowhide work gloves.

I wasn't certain about the correct size, because normally I wear either a women's large or a men's medium. I ordered a large, and the fit is pretty good. The finger length would be great, except that the gloves slide a bit such that they extend a little beyond the fingertips. I can pull them back further so the fingers fit well - the gloves just don't stay that way during use. Still, they provide dexterity that's better than insulated cowhide work gloves, and so far they're warm most of the time. I haven't worn these out in wet snow yet, so I can't comment on how well they stay dry.

Look, I live in south Texas and we rarely get super cold weather. I'm out feeding horses and cleaning stalls at dawn and these gloves are good into the 20's well enough but you will still get cold hands after awhile , especially when handling metal tools. The glove fingers are also fairly thick and clumsy and have to be removed when handling metal clips and such. Also soak up water pretty fast. Waterproof would be nice. I'd rate them as just Ok because they do help some in cold weather and are well made. Got to say, to be fair, this is my third pair of supposedly cold weather gloves from my third maker, and to me, they all seem a bit free with their claims about how low a temperature they work for. If I lived in Alaska, I'd be really upset with their performance.
