The Jabra support turned out to be superb in resolving a hardware problem I had. The USB connector fell apart for some reason, and I reached out to get a replacement. The exchange was simple and efficient:
- "What is the problem?"
-"I need to replace the USB connector"
-"Ok take a picture of the product where the serial number is, and provide your purchase receipt"
- "here you go"
- (7 days later) Package shows up and I am good to go.

I really need a good headset for when I work remotely and this one is exactly what I was looking for.
Pros:
* Easier to hear in a noisy environment with the noise cancellation on earphone. I keep forgetting how cool noise cancellation works.
* Easy to talk with noise cancellation on Microphone. It is not 100% noise free but in the case you have no other choice, noice cancellation and the mute button do the trick.
* Connect to a micro USB and Bluetooth, making it easy to switch between computer and phone
* Wireless
* Mute indicator on the micro USB adaptor so that you don't speak to the void by mistake.
* Lift the mic to mute automatically.
* The tip of the mic has a magnetic piece to allow it stick to the headset.
* You can turn on voice assistance, which tells you how many hours you have left on the battery.
* The listen-in feature is cool when I realize that the headset is picking up the sounds around me and magnifying them through the earphone.
Cons, minor things:
* I had to turn the voice assistance off beacuse it got a bit annoying. I wish I could just turn it on for the battery life
* You can flatten it but it does not fold. The carry case is a bit bulky so make sure you have enough room in your bag
* Sometimes the sound does not come up until one second after you start the video. It is as if the headset puts itself to sleep and wakes up when there is sound coming in. It is fine once you get used to it, otherwise, you might try to press buttons and end up confusing yourself.
* The same button does different things depends on if you are listening to music and sometimes can get confusing.

UPDATE: 10.17.2018 First Day Review - 10.12.2018
Update: Upgrading my review to 4 stars. The improvement in the sound quality when I make calls more than outweighs the better sound on listening to music. I cannot overstate the way my friends can hear me so much better when I'm on the phone with them. My L2s are now upstairs in the bedroom and are reserved for listening to music when I'm not expecting to make or receive any phone calls. The Evolve 75s are now squarely my daytime headphones. . I was looking for something that let all of my callers hear me clearly. It's been hit or miss with my Hiearcool L2 so far (couldn't beat the L2's $75 price, though). I can say right now that the L2s are far superior for music than the Evolve 75s and it's not even close. The microphone seems to be better with the Jabra's. I guess I'll have to keep both on hand and use the ones that are most effective at the time. A pet peeve is that the boom doesn't stick to the magnatic tip well at all. Not a deal breaker but you like to see things working properly at this price point. If I don't have any complaints from my callers, it'll be worth the extra expense but that's a must. Otherwise, these are going back to Amazon.

Mejores audifonos para conferencias
Los audifonos Jabra evolve 75 son muy buenos para tener juntas por skype or por llamada. Me encanto la claridad con la que reproduce voces por los audifonos. Se nota que tiene filtros para escuchar mejor las voces en las juntas. Me gusto la claridad de las notas al usarlo para reproducir musica aunque no son los mejores para este uso ya que le falta mas potencia en los bajos pero al fin es un producto mas para conferencias.PepainMejores audifonos para conferencias

Encuanto al microfono son los mejores que he tenido. Puedes estar dentro de un cafe o en una habitacion con musica o ruido y nadie notara el ruido exterior. A veces se llega a notar ligeramente la respiracion de uno mismo pero basta con alejar el microfono para removerlo. La calidad de la voz es buena.
Los audifonos son comodos para estar todo el dia pero no son los mejores en este sentido.
En cuanto a la bateria, me duran todo el dia entre 13 o 14 horas con musica puesta pero puede durar mas si solamente esta en standby(sin reproducir pero prendido). La carga completa dura entre 2 o 3 horas.
Una cosa negativa es que aunque dice que es dual-bluetooth, uno de los canales de bluetooth ya esta fijo en el receptor usb que trae, asi que nomas puede estar conectado a 1 dispositivo movil + el usb en la laptop.

Jabra always the best and reliable for business calls!
As soon as I received this, I started using this. There was a little challenge in terms of getting delivery early but as soon as I raised a query, the seller was quite responsive and did provide immediate response. I did end up getting delivery four days before the timelines provided. With Jabra, I never actually had any doubts with quality of headset. Bluetooth connection was effortless and the sound quality is absolutely great. Noise cancellation seems good as I did not get any feedback from person on other side about any background noise. Liked the box in which you can keep the headset. It really helps! Yes it is expensive but I am hoping that this will last for years to come!Mehul MehtaJabra always the best and reliable for business calls!
