    Chair arrived with broken gas cylinder. Other than the broken gas cylinder the rest of the quality of the chair was as described (used-like new) with close examination you can certainly tell the chair has been refurbished but standing in front of and sitting in the chair looks and feels like new. The wheels have some wear but nothing noticibaly bad. Overall i rate this experience a 2 stars out of 5 due to the paying for a broken gas cylinder which makes the chair only usable at the lowest height

    Chair was as described. Shipping box had a tear and was concerned that something might have been damaged. It turned out their was a small scrape on the leg of the chair that turned out okay. I used YouTube as instructions to setup the chair. The chair is solid, all pieces were present and so far is working well! Recommended Seller.

    Authentic but mismatched.

    I believe the parts I chair parts I received are authentic but mismatched. The seat is from the 2005 model and the back is newer. It's easy to confirm this by looking at the armrest adjustment mechanism for the seat and comparing that to newer models that have the Posturefit back and a different mechanism. The manufacturer stickers have been removed from both parts as well, which seems a little shady. I guess you get what you pay for but it's still a $700 chair and I expected to get parts that were made to fit.

    Good product at fair price.

    I was familiar with the product from use at work and wanted one for my home. I was a little dubious about spending so much for a chair from a company I didn't know so decided to obtain it from eBay for additional protection. The product came on time, was perfect, and had no problems. I did have to change the wheels to work better on my carpet but this was expected.

    This Chair Was Built By God

    Incredible piece of furniture! The comfort and flexibility of this chair is incomparable to any other. No longer will my back or bottom get hot or sweaty from sitting in a chair that isn't able to breathe. I'm blessed to have found this here on eBay for a fraction of the cost.     Great Features

    It took a lot of adjusting but finally got it right. It is a comfortable office chair but not perfect. I am the smallest person to fit in the chair, would have been the largest to fit in the small chair. It isn't perfect and took a while to get used to it. Wouldn't trade it now.
