Product Description

Mounting your TV in a corner can be a great way to deal with limited wall space or angled seating arrangements. While some full motion mounts achieve this by being installed on near-by studs, the FMC1’s unique 90° wall plate can be mounted squarely in a corner, ensuring a perfectly centered setup with far more flexibility. Suitable for wood stud and concrete walls, the FMC1 features a telescoping support arm that provides adequate space for TVs as large as 60”. It’s also capable of swiveling left and right, allowing your TV to be pushed up against adjacent walls, and tilting forwards and backwards to reduce glare and improve line-of-sight with your screen.

    Packaging and instructions were great, just like the other Kanto mount I used which was a fantastic product and the main reason I went with this mount for our 48" corner mounted TV. Plenty of hardware options that seems like it should fit almost all possible TVs.

    Do yourself a favor and review the install instructions and video on their website to make sure your studs are in compatible positions for mounting. I had to do a bit of test drilling to find the studs, and I am still not very confident I hit them very well. That said I pulled on the mount pretty hard before mounting the TV on it and it was not going anywhere.

    The arm was long enough to provide a ton of adjustment and options for angle of TV, so that was great. The arm was almost too long for a 45 degree corner mount on the 48" if you are trying to tuck the TV as close to the corner walls as you can.

    There is some slop in the arm, maybe 1-2 degrees of rotation as the square tube chucks in its telescope mechanism. Not a big deal, but just not quite as sturdy as your more traditional full motion mount.

    Works great for a bedroom TV, but I would go back to the Kanto full motion arm mounts if I had to mount a larger TV or a TV in a position where it was going to be moved more often. This isn't so much fault of the product itself, but the style of the mount.

    I install TV's on a weekly basis and Kanto is the best. Whom ever designed their mounts clearly has hung TV's before. Been using them for years and got the local appliance store to carry only Kanto. The rest are garbage in comparison. Coming from a guy that has hung over one hundred TV's.

Unfortunately these weee competley sealed in place and were not for moving, I ended up complexly chewing off the screw heads with the screw driver on both screws…. For such an expensive bracket this was a real letdown… poor quality cheep component completely ruined the experience of receiving this,

    I ended up having to drill out the screws to get the bracket cover off to then begin the install., which then meant I had to come up my own solution to re attach them,

    So in short, bracket itself is great, but cheep screws really let it down, be aware.
