They are very bright as advertised. Simple installation, just like screwing in a light bulb.
They provide two lightbulb sockets you can wire in if you don't already have them but I would never use them. Super cheesy and scary flimsy. If you need them, just pick up proper porcelain ones. You can get a genuine Leviton one on Amazon for less than 5 bucks and then sleep well at night.
