The Good: -Easy to use/adjust -Well constructed -Strengthens grip -Great for office or home -Comfortable -Good value The Bad: -None The Bottom Line: I’ve been using these in my office and they’re great. They are incredibly easy to use and adjust. You simply turn the knob on the front to adjust tension. I feel like my grip has actually gotten stronger just in the last 2 weeks of use. I play a lot of softball and golf and grip strength is very important. These are a great value and I would recommend these to anyone looking to increase their grip strength.

    I’ve used this to help rehab and prevent future tendon injuries and as far as the product goes I couldn’t be happier. You could pay more for a “grip strengthening kit” but I would recommend starting with these and pick up specific other paces as you find you need them. The green ones seem to work better because they cost less....

    Best I have found. I bought another brand from a big box store. I liked it but it was twice the price and the handles were just a little short for my large hands to accommodate my pinky finger. I could use them in the reverse position. The Amazon version has longer handles, made very well. Impressed so far. I recommend. I will buy another set to have one for car, office and home gym.

    Its easy to use and very comfortable grip. Its comes with pack of two, so I like the most I can do the exercise for both the hand at the very same time, it saves my time and I can compare the strength of both the hand.
    It would have been more better if it would have the number counting system.
    This is the third hand grip strengthener I am using, other two was from diffrent brand and that's the reason I can compare the quality of the product. You can easily change the strength level as per your need.
    I generally use it for build forehand muscle and some of the time for wrist pain.

    I suffer from weak wrist and lack of strength in my right hand. I was scared that being so young, that I could be suffering from a medical condition.
