I bought two of this hairdryer, one for my daughter and one for me. I used various brands of hairdryer such as Phillips, Revlon... Panasonic is also my favorite brand, used its electric equipment like fridge, TV, hairdryer...
For review this one, it is really a good product of high quality. There are three levels cool, medium and high with Nanoe Technology, it blows very quiet and quick dry without burning, my hair is smooth like silk and staying in nice shape until next hairwash. Worth every penny!
Don't settle for an ordinary hair dryer. You'll see the difference!I have long, fine, thick hair, and used to love my hair.I had a Panasonic negative ion hair dryer that lasted over ten years, then it sadly died.I didn't want to spend too much on a new one, so I got an ordinary Conair one. It was awful.That one died after a little over a year, so I got an infrared Revlon dryer. My hair was still awful. My straight hair became wavy and dry, and it felt like straw!I thought of a few possibilities...After having children I started showering at night, so maybe it was because if that. Or maybe stress or my age.I tried so many shampoos and conditioners. Nothing made a difference, and I hated wasting money on stuff that wasn't even helping, so I gave up. But it got depressing when I'd look in the mirror and didn't see that healthy, shiny hair I once had.Then I thought it could be because of my hair dryer!I didn't want to buy another one until mine died, so I waited... Then a year and a half later it finally did! I was so happy and knew I had to get another Panasonic!I didn't have a Nanoe one before, but it's supposed to be better than negative ion, so I chose this, and got the compact one, because the bigger one was out of our budget. ($59 vs $84)I saw a difference after my first use! My hair didn't tangle and really did dry faster, and I was excited to see how my hair would be in the morning! It was so soft and I finally have my healthy hair back! I'm still using ordinary shampoo and conditioner, so it was all because of the dryer!I'm happy I chose this one over the bigger one, because it fits in my hand well and it's light weight. It's really quiet too, which is a plus when you have kids sleeping down the hall!I use it on my daughters too, and they have very long hair since I've never cut it. I can dry both of them in 3 minutes!As some people have mentioned, it did have a strange smell the first time I used it, but it was just that one time.I hope this one lasts a long time, but when its time comes, there's no way I'll get anything other than a Panasonic!
