ATTENTION PLEASE:
- Our Hot Plate is equipped with a thermal fuse for overheating protection and with a thermostat for precise temperature control. To keep the configured temperature, its heating unit automatically turns on and off. As a result, it is perfectly normal when you notice the indicator turns on and off -- the desired temperature has been reached
- It takes about 20 minutes for a hot plate to completely cool down, which helps keep the food warm longer. Hang your hand 1'' to 2'' over the surface to feel for any residual heat.
- Clean the outside with a clean damp cloth. Use dish detergent in case of hard stains.
- Please cover your cookware with a lid when it is used to boil water.
- Please do not touch the burner body during use.
- On the first use, you may notice smell and light smoke which is from a protective coating that is used during the manufacturing process. A proper burn-in cycle (better done outdoor) for 15-20 minutes will help get rid of the coating residue.

It works beautifully
Update (Nov 2021): I’ve now been using this as my only burner for almost a year, and I had to come back and update my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. The burner has cooked almost every meal for me and my husband for 11 months and counting. This thing is a workhorse, and it deserves the extra star in spite of my one original complaint. I’ve made everything from Jamaican curry chicken to beef stew, and I’ve even deep fried some desserts on it! My dream kitchen is (finally) nearing completion, so in about a week I’ll be retiring this little burner and going back to having a traditional stovetop (yay!). I’m super excited to get my 4 burner cooktop back haha, but I’m very happy with how well this burner performed for the many months that we needed it. I would definitely recommend it to others! Original review: So far so good! I’ve made 4 meals with this single burner so far, from spaghetti and meatballs to bacon and hash browns. It works great! I took one star off because the quality could be improved a bit in that the indicator markers rub off with basic cleaning, so I just have to wing it with guessing where I have the dial set on the heat scale, but that’s not the biggest issue in my books. It cooks well, so I’m happy.

If you are about to leave for camp and have a Jackery portable generator this product WILL NOT work.. im beyond disappointed, the box looked like it was run over by an SUV when I got it, I think the Amazon driver is fed up with delivering to me or anyone so they I guess decided to run my package over idk, looked nice when out of the package thank god, it’s portable but not worth it… im returning this

Ahorra gas y luz
Calienta igual de rapido que una estufa de gas, y a temperatura baja tarda mas tiempo en llevar un baso de agua a ebullicion. Ahorra dos tercaras partes de lo que gasto en gas y el costo de la luz es el doble de lo que pago, solo la uso yo todos los dias y me he ahorrado dinero.Maria d.Ahorra gas y luz
