I have no complaints about this peel (or the free slicer). It does a great job removing pizzas from the fire oven. I also use it (sometimes with another peel) to turn pizzas and have had great results.
I typically use a wooden peel to initially place the pizzas into the oven, but the aluminum honestly releases fine if it has enough flour/meal between it and the raw dough.
I recommend this one, among the many similar options online.
