I bought this heating pad for my wife as a replacement. She had the same model for about four years, and although her previous one eventually burned out, it lasted long enough to prove its value. She was so satisfied with it that she chose to get the exact same one again.
The quality is excellent — the fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin. It heats up well and provides consistent relief. Even though the old unit wore out after years of use, it was still worth every penny. This is truly a great product, and we definitely recommend it.
