- A: AnswerSo far I’ve been using distilled water, so haven’t found the need to clean it. Definitely have not seen any sign of mildew/mold yet which is why I have been choosing to use distilled water. Once every two weeks I like to empty it, dry it off with a paper towel and lay it apart to let it air dry, just as a precautionary measure for cleanliness. But very easy to use and highly recommend

- A: AnswerMine is a model H4810AR and the Oil tray is on the side opposite the controls. It's a small gray slide in tray (1-1.2" wide by 1/4" high) with a fabric disc inside of it.

- A: AnswerWe apologize for the miscommunication. The mist tube does not remove on this unit as it is fixed in the water tank. The only parts that are removable are the mist spout, and the tank lid.
