In the 38 yrs my wife and I have been married, this is the best humidifier we have ever owned. Easy controls and the app is easy to setup for scheduling time to run. I also love that it has a reminder of when you should clean it. The reminder is for every 100 hours.
The only issue we had was our own fault. There are 2 pins on the float. When we were putting it back together, we placed the float upside down and in forcing it one of the pins broke (the directions does state not to install float upside down and is marked,”This side up”).
I contacted customer service via email, they were very fast and courteous in helping me solve the issue to get me a new float.
If this goes out on us, we will buy another, but I am expecting it to last. This unit is build very well. Great purchase!

Pretty awesome but could still be better
Stuff I really like about it is the aroma therapy pad spot. It's nice to be able to do none, 1, or 2 different scents at same time. It has a 6 liter tank, top fill, easy to clean. App is very aesthetically pleasing and responsive. The device itself is pretty nice to look at. The ambient light is cool but sucks you can't customize the color. Well you kind of can but not in the way you'd think. By that I mean there's yellow, a tealish color and a blue and they are so you can glance at the humidifier and get a general idea of what the humidity range is. By default yellow means dry, teal means comfortable and blue means wet. In the app you can change the range for each color though. As for picking a custom color though that is not a thing. It has options for cool or warm mist so that's awesome. It automatically turns itself off when the tank is empty. Also can send a push notification the the app on your phone so you know it's no longer running because the tank is empty. Even if it's not running and is just simply plugged in it can record the humidity level every 15 mins in the app.. so even if you don't have the device on you have an idea of what the humidity is in the area the humidifier is in.. so that's pretty cool. The humidity sensor seems kind of picky though.. sorta seems to "hop around" more than I'd expect. Like it doesn't jump from a low number to a high number.. but just seems overly responsive. I'm a little sad it only has one nozzle and the mist just blows straight up.. not a deal breaker for me but would be awesome to have dual nozzles and maybe have them angled/tilted. As for noise it seems pretty quiet.. unless you're using warm mist on a higher setting. But that's because the water gets pretty hot for the warm mist option.Overall is a very nice humidifier with lots of options but I'd appreciate if you could customize light color, dual nozzles, and the humidity sensor wasn't overly responsive.

I've tried several humidifiers from Amazon and I must admit this one is my favorite so far. The look is premium and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. The functionality works amazing. Have been running this now for about almost 2 weeks straight and it's been great. Have cleaned it out weekly to prevent buildup since we live in an area with water PPM above 400. I will be purchasing the filter once available again. The filter basically replaces the little fishes that you put into your tank or those drops to prevent buildup.

- Warm mist! For winter it works great (doesn't work on auto though)
-Mist is more fine than most humidifiers.
-easy to disassemble and clean
-lets you choose your automatic humidity level (from 35% to 80%) (On cold mist only)
- good night mode that is super silent.
-easy handle for tank refills.
-optional filter for areas with really hard water.
