These are a fantastic wireless headset. They are extremely comfortable, sound pretty good, and have pretty decent microphone quality. For a wireless headset, this is an achievement. The sound quality is good enough to use for gaming, everyday use, and music listening. It has no award-winning sound but for a headset especially at this price, it is fantastic. The last wireless headset I had the microphone was unusable, it cost more than this pair and the mic was terribly inconsistent and all-around awful sounding. My friends immediately noticed the change in how I sounded with this microphone and all agreed it sounded much better.
I would absolutely recommend this headset to anyone. It is a great headset at a great price. This is my second HyperX headset and have never had an issue with them. I will absolutely continue using HyperX cloud headsets, they never disappoint.

Great headset for gaming and Remote Call Center from home work.
The wireless headset is great for gaming as well as call center remote work. The microphone is very good and had been great for capturing my voice since I work with the elderly and sometimes they are hard of hearing.To control the sound it uses a wheel on he back of the headset(right side).Keep this headset on an air conditioned environment as the material tends to strip away bit by bit if exposed to sun/warm days.When that happens just get hobby knife or what they call an x-acto knife and peel carefully the material to reveal the fabric which I find to be much better than this material.Noise cancellation is great as it blocks noises up to a level, obviously it wont block heavy machinery or a loud motor cycle sounds. it comes with a USB C cable and the wireless receiver that comes with an adapter of USB 2.0 and USB-C. The I don't use the USB-C directly because of how small it is and it tends to sag on both USB types but I prefer the USB2.0 because it is not small as USB-C and gives more of an area of to resist the faster sagging of the USB, For this make sure to position it right where you are plugging it in so it does not sag.The batter on this thing lasts 120hrs it only read in 10% intervals so don't be scared if you charge it to 100% and within minutes you hear 90%. Would like an option to toggle the lady that speaks(which also was in the cloud 2 wireless) on the headset that gives you info(some friends did not like the headset), I do not mind her but the option to have her removed or changed would be nice.The bass feels flat with the Ngenuity software of the headset that you have to download to update the headset drivers.Compared to the Anker Q10's bass this one falls flat and to remedy that an equalizer software is necessary. It has a removable microphone attachment, which I don't recommend removing constantly as sometimes the connection in the connector could be not completely making contact inside the headset and the mute red button won't be able to work or work correctly.It's downside is that since it is not wired, you don't have that 7.1 sound card that the cloud 2 had, it uses DTS:X instead.Hope this review helps for those who are searching for a wireless option.
