We've just posted this year's JCPenney Black Friday ad here on the site. Check out the 98-page ad scan and start making out your list. The sale starts on the 22nd and JCPenney will open at 5am on Black Friday this year.JCPenney will have in-store only promotions again this year. At 5am you can get an Elf snow globe and win up to a $500 off coupon. At 9am you can win a Cuisinart stand mixer. Then at 1pm you can win earrings and at 5pm they will have a Golden Tote giveaway.
