Today marks the 100 day milestone in the countdown to Black Friday 2025. We know that the actual day of Black Friday continues to be less and less important each year as retailers turn the entire month of November into one long series of sales. Nevertheless it should be an interesting year for deals and sales as retailers and consumers navigate higher prices caused by increased tariffs.

Today marks the halfway point of the countdown to Black Friday 2025. We're exactly 6 months away from November 28th which is the date Black Friday falls on this year (which is the second latest possible date).
Of course Black Friday itself has become much less important in recent years as sales are starting earlier and are spread over a longer period. While you wait, here's an
article with some general tips for scoring
holiday shopping deals.
We'll be be "officially" starting our Black Friday and holiday shopping coverage in the fall but we'll continue to post any relevant updates here in the meantime.

It's Christmas in... April? as we've just posted the 72-page
Hallmark Dream Book 2025 Catalog. This
catalog features their lineup of Keepsake ornaments. Page 12 of the catalog features ornaments exclusively available to members of Hallmark's Keepsake Ornament Club.
Most of the ornaments in the
catalog are available starting in either July or October on
Hallmark.com - see the individual ornament in the catalog as it will tell you when it will be going on sale. Some of the Keepsake ornaments will only be available at physical Hallmark stores as well.

With so many different sales happening during October, November and December it can be a little overwhelming. We have several ways to stay updated with all the new ads and sales that we post:
- Sign up for our email newsletter. We'll email you about the latest sales and ads as well as the best deals we're finding throughout Q4.
- Follow the Sale & Ad Discussion forum. On this page, there will be a "Follow" button (on the top of the page if you're on a tablet/desktop and on the bottom of page if you're on a phone). You can get notified when we post new threads in this forum for each ad, sale or catalog.
- Follow us on Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram and/or Threads. We'll post updates on these accounts including when we post new ads or learn about upcoming sales.
- Bookmark our Black Friday news page and check it regularly for the latest updates. This page also will have a list of ads we've posted, upcoming sales and more.
With Black Friday falling later in the month this year we're expecting even more sales in October and early November as retailers will have less than 4 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
