This morning Walmart
announced the return of its summer savings event as
Walmart Deals will take place from Tuesday, July 8th through Sunday, July 13th. Walmart says they will have
thousands of deals on popular items including back to school offers.
Walmart+ members will get 5 hours of early access to the deals starting at 7pm EDT on July 7th. Walmart has posted a list previewing some of the deals that they will offer. You can check out that sneak preview

Target recently made several announcements about their upcoming summer plans. First, Target will have another Target Circle Week sale from Sunday July 6th through Saturday the 12th with savings of up to 50% for Target Circle members.
Target will also bring back their Deal of the Day program on July 6th with deep daily discounts for Circle members. The Deal of the Day program will run through the end of the sale. These deals are obviously meant to compete with Amazon's Prime Day sale.

Amazon
announced today that their annual
Prime Day sale will take place this year from Tuesday, July 8th through Friday, July 11th. This expanded 4-day sale is twice as long as the traditional 2-day Prime Day sales that Amazon has been having in recent years.
